Toastmaster of the Day: Marianah Lourens did a sterling job as Toastmaster of the Day she ensured that we were all in for a festive time.

1.     CC1 The Icebreaker: Congratulations and well done Emmy Nxayeka for delivering your Ice Breaker speech titled “Emmy the Musical” Not only was your speech excellent last night, the Voice! Idols, here comes Emmy! Speech Evaluated by Warren Tagg

2.     ACB3 Presenting An Award:    Well done Zanele Hartmann, speech titled “Gothenburg Award For Sustainable Development”. Mr Vice President (Warren Tagg) definitely has swag. Speech was evaluated by Igor Lesko

3.     ACS10 Entertaining Manual: Firstly, congratulations on your ACS10, well done. Mimi Makupula with your speech titled “Prepared Speech” I am certain you still on a high, “Inflated like a Jumping Castle”. Speech evaluated by Tom Horne

4.     CC5 Your Body Speaks: Well done Marlene Vosloo, Thank you for your heartfelt speech titled “One More for The Road”. We all definitely learnt and took something from it.  Speech evaluated by Reinhardt Botha

As Tom Horne mentioned this evening “at Toastmasters we learn through moments of enjoyment and tonight was no different. The following Toastmasters contributed to the learning:

Ricky Woods (taught us about Hope,Toast) Angie Kivido (taught us about time), Melissa Awu (taught us about verbal crutches), Nicholas Mitchell (taught us about grammatical errors) and Angela Rogers (taught us the meeting as a whole, as General Evaluator).
